Hematology/Oncology

ILLINOIS:  Become a partner with a seasoned medical oncologist.  Join a highly respected and compassionate physician who has practiced in the community for over 25 years.  The practice is busy; 25 patients a day.  Two thirds are seen by the oncologist and the remainder by his nurse practitioner.  The practice is lucrative with a 9-chair chemotherapy program, 97% collection rate and long-term income in the top 10% of private oncology practices.  The practice has 3 sources of revenue.  The first is from the clinical practice:  office visits, hospital visits and 9-chair chemotherapy program.  The next source is from clinical research.  The practice has established a separate corporation which contracts with drug companies to conduct clinical trials.  The final source of income is derived from diagnostic studies.  The practice jointly owns and operates clinic-based diagnostic equipment with a urologist.  This is a partnership opportunity with low buy-in.  Ownership in a separate corporation for industry-sponsored drug trials is also available, as well as an equity position in the diagnostic imaging equipment.  In addition to compensation and benefits, the hospital will provide medical school loan paybacks for interested physicians.  The location is a college town of 35,000 located 3 hours southwest of Chicago.  The community is known in the Chicago area as a delightful weekend getaway destination.  The town is brimming with historic Victorian mansions; many converted to bed and breakfasts.  Tree lined streets evoke an era of quiet genteel living.  A well known liberal arts college adds an Ivy League ambiance.  Please contact Charles Humes at (800) 338-7107 or e-mail cjh@foxhillassociates.com.
