Fox Hill Associates has no up-front costs. Our straightforward search
agreement is unique in its simplicity and client friendly terms.

What expenses should I expect from a retained search?
Fox Hill Associates provides a cost effective fee structure, which is
below the national average for recruitment fees. Administrators and in-house
recruiters appreciate our “no surprise expenses” philosophy.
All out-of-pocket expenses are optional (e.g. mailings, advertisements,
etc.) and require prior client approval.

What if I find a physician on my own and want to cancel my search?
Clients maintain control throughout the process with the option to cancel
at any time without penalty.

Who
is considered a candidate?
As a result of working with staff recruiters on a national basis, we are
very comfortable establishing a relationship built on the spirit of teamwork
and trust. A client friendly mechanism for clearing potential candidate
names is established at the start of each search. Candidate CV’s
are never submitted without thorough screening and of course, the knowledge
and consent of each physician.

Do I have to have every candidate conduct a site visit?
We provide candidates who match your specifications; however, we always
defer to your direction regarding candidate processing. At Fox Hill Associates,
our clients have full control over their search. We work on behalf of
you and for you.

long will you present candidates?
We work on a viable assignment until the right physician/practice match
is secured. At Fox Hill Associates, we guarantee never to give up on a
search that is viable until its successful completion.

What if I secure a physician and he leaves two months after starting?
All of our placements come with a guarantee policy.

Do
you require exclusivity?
We recognize that the priority is to secure a qualified physician for
your practice. Given our years of experience and work ethic, we are confident
that your new physician will be generated from our efforts. That said,
we do not require any exclusivity on our assignments.
