Fox Hill Associates provides a cost effective fee structure, which is below the national average for recruitment fees. Administrators and in-house recruiters appreciate our “no surprise expenses” philosophy. All out-of-pocket expenses are optional (e.g. mailings, advertisements, etc.) and require prior client approval.

Who is considered a candidate?
As a result of working with staff recruiters on a national basis, we are very comfortable establishing a relationship built on the spirit of teamwork and trust. A client friendly mechanism for clearing potential candidate names is established at the start of each search. Candidate CV’s are never submitted without thorough screening and of course, the knowledge and consent of each physician.
