progressive physician lead organization. The anesthesia practice encompasses
general, ambulatory, critical care, OB, pain and a small percentage of
pediatrics; no neuro, or open-heart cases. They average 253 cases monthly and
recorded 347 deliveries of which 98 were C-sections. The physicians conduct
their own cases. Call one-in-six. The person on first call is usually off the
day after call. Board certified or eligible in anesthesia. Interest in pain
medicine and general anesthesia service including obstetrics and a congenial
mannerism is expected. Outstanding financial package. The group offers a
highly competitive salary the first year, (90% percentile). As soon as the
physician's salary exceeds their salary, they receive the larger of the two
amounts. The benefit package includes: malpractice, health, life, disability
and umbrella insurance; profit sharing, 401K, sick pay, vacation/CME (4 weeks
first year, 8 thereafter) society membership dues, $3,000 CME allowance and
interview/ relocation expenses. This lake and river community is the gateway
