WISCONSIN: Join a multi-specialty group of over 100 physicians in the metropolitan Milwaukee area. Approximately ninety percent of the group’s highly qualified doctors are primary care physicians. Currently, the group is seeking a hospitalist to assist local and outlying primary care physicians with inpatient admissions and procedures. The hospitalist will cover management of patients referred by participating primary care physicians, as well as admit unassigned patients who come to the emergency room requiring hospitalization. WISCONSIN: A well-established and highly regarded cardiology group of twelve physicians is located in northern Wisconsin. This group is currently looking to add a hospital-based internist to focus on the management of the group's patients. The new general internist/hospitalist will help manage complex patients and function as a cardiology care extender. The projected hours of the position are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday-Friday. The group will provide and support additional training for the new physician. Call is one and every eight weeks and one in six weekends, but is negotiable. An extremely competitive first-year salary with a generous productivity incentive will be provided.
